test is a small operation. Roughly {Insert team size} full-time, plus a seasonal crew at harvest. Everyone on the team can name every cultivar in the field. Everyone has touched a trim table. We work outside, in real weather, and we take quality seriously enough to argue about it.
We pay above the regional average for agricultural work and competitively for cannabis-industry roles. Full-time staff receive medical, dental, paid time off, and an annual education stipend — for travel to conferences, workshops, or just visits to other farms.
