Tell us a little about your farm. (2–3 sentences) Goes on your homepage and About page. Just write the way you’d describe your farm to a customer in person.

What state are you in?

What year did the farm start? If the farm has been in the family longer than the cannabis side, use the original year.

How big is the farm?

If you sell shirts/hats online, paste the link here. Leave blank if you don’t have a merch shop.

5 · What else do you make besides flower?

Check every product type you currently make or plan to offer. Add details about each one below the checkboxes.

Anything else? Or tell us more about which of the above are your specialty. This helps us figure out what to feature on the site. If you’re not making something yet but plan to, mention it.

6 · What equipment do you have?

List off your bigger pieces of equipment — especially any specialty extraction or processing gear. Brand names and models help, but you can just describe what it does. Add as many as you have.

7 · How you grow & make things

Walk us through how you actually do the work. We’ll turn this into the “Our Production” page on the site. Don’t give away trade secrets — just enough that customers understand the care that goes in.

How do you grow? Indoor, greenhouse, outdoor sun-grown, hydroponics, living soil, mix?

What does your grow environment look like? (Cleanliness, pest management, water source)

How do you dry & cure your flower?

If you make hash, rosin, or other concentrates — how? Skip if you don’t make concentrates.

List the folks who work the farm — you, family, head grower, anyone you want named on the site. Skip if you’d rather not name individuals publicly.

When you have something to share — a new harvest, a strain release, an event — add it here. Skip for now if you’d rather post later.

10 · Legal & business info

This information is private — it does NOT appear on your website. We need it to set up domain registration, certifications, and any legal filings.

Your LLC’s exact registered name From your state filing — copy it exactly, including punctuation.

EIN (Employer Identification Number) 9 digits, formatted XX-XXXXXXX. From your IRS EIN letter.

State cannabis license # (if you have one) Leave blank if you’re still in application.

Any certifications you have or are pursuing? Examples: Sun+Earth, Clean Green, Demeter, USDA Organic equivalent, OCal, etc. Even if you don’t have any yet, tell us what you’re pursuing.
